The Salesforce integration allows you to sync customer data from your Salesforce CRM to the Kickplan monetization platform. This provides a unified view of your accounts, plans, feature usage, and billing details within Kickplan, enabling better customer management and revenue optimization. Salesforce's automation tools and customizable features enhance data flow between the two platforms.
This connection is bidirectional, meaning you can read from and write data to Salesforce.
- In Kickplan, go to Connections and Create Connection.
- Search for Salesforce
- After creating the connection, click on the card, and select Activate and fill in your credentials.
