Pipedrive
Pipedrive offers a CRM integration to sync customer data from the Saas platform to Kickplan. This allows businesses to consolidate sales pipeline, lead tracking, and customer information in Kickplan, providing a comprehensive view of accounts, plans, usage, and billing across their product offerings.
This connection is bidirectional, meaning you can read from and write data to Pipedrive.
- In Kickplan, go to Connections and Create Connection.
- Search for Pipedrive
- After creating the connection, click on the card, and select Activate and fill in your credentials.
Information you'll need to establish a connection:
- Create an OAuth App and Sandbox Account
- Set Scopes based on expected data usage
- "See Recent Account Activity" scope is always needed
- Client ID and Secret
