Account Plans & Features

The Plans and Features tab allows you to control what your customer can access. You can add and modify Plans and set Feature overrides.

Typically, the customer Plan will be sent to Kickplan after a successful signup or checkout process. But it's very common for teams to make changes to customer accounts, based on updated contracts, etc. and Kickplan makes that simple to do.

Additionally, you can set custom Quota overrides and Trigger actions per Account. This helps ensure that you're able to optimze the experience for that customer. Triggers include transitioning Plans, overriding Features, sending emails, updating CRMs, and triggering webhooks.
